The Rules
1) Must be pictures that you just took for the assignment. NO OLD PICTURES!
2) Must be shot in Manual (M) mode.
3) You can use as much Photoshopping as needed.
4) Submit your best three.
5) Submit within the 2 week dead-line.
6) Shrink photo's down to at least 600 pixels
7) Remember to use "Constructive Criticism."
8) Have fun!

So this isnt what I had in mind for myself when I came up with the assignment, but it was too good to pass up. I know I only focused on the vocalist from the group but he was the most animated. These are photos of Travis Meeks from the group "Days of the New"

ReplyDeleteI really like 2 and 3...but #2 is my fave mostly because I like the mood this photo projects...I think the color tone of #3 was the only thing that pushed me away from making it my pick...Excellent work!
ReplyDeleteI like number 3. what boggles me is that you're shooting at 150mm with a built in flash at ISO 100 and still manage to get a good exposure on this photo... I take it was pretty dark in the bar too. Good job man!
ReplyDeleteI would have to agree with Jay. #2 and #3 are my favorite as well. But I would actually pick #3 as my pick. I personally dig the selective coloring. Just adding a little more mood to the scene.
